Jetfield Constructions has a core commitment towards the safe operation of all works and strongly encourages "zero harm" on all projects with a zero tolerance for activities that encourage a risk to any personnel.

We believe that:

• No business objective will take priority over Health and Safety
• All injuries and accidents are preventable
• No task is so important that it cannot be done safely
• Without diminishing management's obligation, the responsibility and accountability for Health and Safety rests with every individual 

To Achieve this, we will;

• Utilise and continuously improve our Occupational Health and Safety Management System
• Proactively pursue the identification of all hazards and eliminate or, if not possible, manage the risk to as low as reasonably practicable
• Promote active participation of employees in the management of their own and others' health, wellbeing and safety
• Provide resources and safety processes to achieve a systematic approach to health, personnel safety and process safety management to ensure continuous performance improvement
• Identify performance measures, set improvement targets, measure and report performance
• As a minimum comply with relevant legal and other requirements
• Develop a culture where all employees and contractors are constantly aware of safety hazards around them and act accordingly at and away from work
• Steward the Health and Safety performance of joint venture activities operated by others
